My most famous jam so far! This jam is a star. She was a question on jeopardy. Besides being famous, it is also delicious! Locally sourced strawberries infused with ca produced syrah wine and a blend of spices give this jam a rich, strawberry flavor complemented by the dark complexity of wine.
