Cheese Cloth-
Shelf stable. 4 x 6 x 1.5. A looser weave than our butter muslin, this 100% cotton cheesecloth is great for wrapping cheeses and draining whey from all sorts of cultured foods.

Citric Acid-
Shelf stable. 4 x 6.5 x 1.25. A key ingredient in acid cheeses including mozzarella, paneer, queso blanco, and ricotta.

Liquid Vegetable Rennet-
Refrigerator. 1 x 3 x 1. Double-strength liquid vegetable rennet. Each bottle contains enough rennet to set (24) 2-gallon batches of cheese.

Vegetable Rennet Tables-
Shelf stable. 1.5 x 4.5 x 0.25. Each pack of vegetable rennet tablets will set approximately (20) 2-gallon batches of cheese. Store them in the freezer between batches, and they'll keep for up to 3 years.
