Graziers Certified Cream is vat-cultured overnight and churned to produce a high fat, full flavor European-style butter. 82%+ butterfat makes for a higher smoking point, better for searing, baking, and making flaky pastries. Graziers farms use a rotational grazing program allowing the cows to eat fresh grass on pasture year-round, 300 days out of the year. Our salted variety is lightly salted with sea salt.
