USES: For dehydration associated with colds, flus, work outs, and hangovers. Helps with muscle cramps associated with hard work outs and dehydration associated with excessive sweating or hot summer days.
HOW TO MAKE A HERBAL TEA DECOCTION:
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and then add in 2 premade tea bags or a full small basket of loose leaf tea.Remove from heat and let sit for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight for full benefits of the herb infusion. Remove tea bags and refrigerate for up to 5 days.Pour yourself a cup and heat to desired temperature or serve over ice.Add honey and a lemon slice if desired.
DOSING: Minimum 1 cup 3 times per day.
