Formagerie Lost Dutchman Cheeses Authentic Hand Crafted Cheeses are local to AZ and made fresh. Our milk is pasteurized at a low temperature. It is not homogenized and therefore not transformed. All cheeses are made with pasteurized grade A milk, salt, cheese culture, enzymes. No preservatives.

Shelf life: 6 month before opened. 2 weeks after opened.

Cream Cheeses / Ricotta (4oz)

Shelf life: 3 weeks

Cheese Curds

Shelf life: Good at room temperature for 48hr then refrigerate. Once refrigerated good for up to one week.
