Kowboy Kraut
Scottsdales oldest Cowboy bar came around and asked us to whip up a kraut reminiscent of their days when they would serve some kraut as an appetizer. We took their canned kraut to a new level, added some southern love and created the Kowboy Kraut. This kraut will giddy up any southwestern dish and feed your gut the good stuff.
Ingredients: Green Cabbage loaded with Red Bell Peppers, Green Chilis, Garlic, Celery, Cumin and Peppercorn Seeds.
