The meat freezer is always stocked with local beef, pork, lamb and organic corn free soy free whole chicken.

In the shop, not available online, we also have a variety of different cuts from our local farmers, including: Sirloin Steak, Short Rib, Round Tip Steak, Offal Hangar, Offal Kidney, New York Strip, Broth Bones, London Broil, Heart, Filet Steak, Delmonico Steak, Cross Rib Roast, Chuck Roast, Brisket and Back Ribs.
