Returns & Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges on fresh or perishable products (raw milk, eggs, meat, cheese, etc.) or any feed that has been opened.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened feed or food products
- Fresh/perishable goods (milk, eggs, meat, cheese, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
- Downloadable or digital products (not offered at this time, but included for clarity)
How to Return
- Bring your item and receipt to Inspire Farms, 206 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, within 7 days of purchase.
- Returns by mail are not accepted without prior approval—please email hello@inspirefarms.com for assistance.
Store Credit
- Once your return is inspected and approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. Store credit can be used for future in-store or online purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@inspirefarms.com so we can arrange a replacement or store credit.
