The Ayam Cemani is a rare breed of chicken from Indonesia. They have a dominant gene that causes hyperpigmentation, making the chicken mostly black, including feathers, waddle, comb, beak, eyes, tongue and internal organs.

Our stock originates from Greenfire farms.
