What items are eligible for shipping?
At this time, we only ship:
- Inspire Farms Coffee
- Inspire Farms Gear (t-shirts + tote bags)
All other items in our shop arelocal pickup or local delivery only.
Can I mix shipping items with local pickup/delivery items in the same order?
No — we do not allow mixed carts.Shipping items and local items are fulfilled differently. To avoid delays and mistakes, please placeseparate orders:
- One order for shipping items (coffee + gear)
- One order for local pickup/delivery items
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- The items in your order
- Your shipping address
When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines vary by item. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to make a change, contact usas soon as possible. Once an order is in progress or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Are coffee orders returnable?
Coffee is final sale.
Because coffee is a food item, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on coffee once an order is placed.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Email hello@inspirefarms.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll help you resolve it.
