Crafted with Tajima Wagyu Beef raised ethically and sustainably in Kentucky, this salame is elevated with a custom Big Red wine blend from winemaker Blake Trobaugh at Daniel's Vineyard (McCordsville, Indiana). Finished with porcini mushrooms, garlic, and black peppercorns, it’s bold, savory, and luxuriously smooth.
