A Note About Crystallized Honey
If your honey crystallizes, that’s actually a good sign – it means it’s real, raw, and pure.
To soften crystallized honey:
- Place the jar in a bowl of warm water and let it slowly liquefy
- Or use a low‑heat double boiler on the stove
Skip the microwave to help protect all the beneficial enzymes and nutrients.
To keep your honey’s naturally long shelf life, store it at room temperature with the lid on tight and avoid getting water into the jar.
