Cultured European-Style Butter (Organic) — 8 oz (Salted or Unsalted)

Our organic cream is cultured with live active cultures overnight (about 15 hours) to develop a rich flavor similar to traditional French butters. We then churn the butter longer and slower, lowering moisture and increasing butterfat to European standards of 82%+ butterfat.

That higher butterfat helps create a higher smoke point and makes this butter a go-to for searing, baking, and flaky pastries.
