How does Build-a-Box work?

It’s simple! Instead of buying items one by one every time you run out, you can select your favorite products to create a custom bundle. Choose how often you want them delivered, weekly or monthly, and we will automatically process and ship your box on your schedule.

Can I change the products in my box later?

Absolutely. You have complete control over your subscription. You can swap products, add new items, or remove things from your box at any time through your account dashboard before your next billing cycle.

Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?

Yes, going out of town or still have plenty of product left? You can easily skip an upcoming delivery or pause your entire subscription through your account settings. No penalties, no hassle.

Is there a commitment? How do I cancel?

There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account before your next scheduled order is processed.

How do the Monthly subscription pickups work?

Monthly Feed Subscription (Prepaid): You are automatically charged at the beginning of each month. Your primary pickup day is the 3rd Thursday of the month, with a "straggler window" to grab it on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

How do the Weekly subscription pickups work?

Weekly Subscription: Your primary pickup day is Thursday, with a straggler window on Friday or Saturday. Just remember that the cutoff for any weekly order changes is Wednesday at store close.

What happens if I miss my subscription pickup window?

Because we have limited space to store held items and want to keep inventory fresh, we cannot hold orders indefinitely.

If your order is left behind after the pickup window closes (Sunday at store close for monthly subscriptions or Saturday at store close for weekly subscriptions), the items will be restocked. Don't worry, you won't lose your money—we will automatically issue the full amount back to your account as store credit to use on your next visit!
