What's the minimum order?
Just 2 chicks. No big hatchery minimums here.
How does pre-ordering work?
Pick your breeds, pay online, and we'll contact you when they arrive for in-store pickup. Pre-orders are filled in the order received.
How long until my pre-order arrives?
Each listing shows an expected arrival window. Most orders arrive within 2-6 weeks depending on the breed and hatchery schedule.
What if a breed sells out?
If you pre-order, your chicks are reserved — pre-orders don't sell out. Walk-in availability is first come, first served.
When do I pick up my chicks?
We'll contact you when your chicks arrive. Please pick up on arrival day — we hold chicks for one extra day just in case, but after that we can't guarantee availability.
Can I mix breeds?
Absolutely. Order as many different breeds as you'd like.
Do you ship chicks?
Most of our chicks are in-store pickup only at our Mesa location. Select breeds are available for shipping — check our Special Order section for current shipping options.
Are your chicks healthy?
Every chick goes through a health check and acclimation period before pickup. We follow strict biosecurity protocols.
Do you sell roosters?
Most of our chicks are female. Straight run availability varies by breed — check individual listings.
What about animals other than chickens?
We occasionally have guinea fowl, peafowl, geese, rabbits, and goats. Check our Farm Friends section or request a special order.
Do you sell chicken supplies?
Yes! Coops, brooders, feeders, bedding, and health supplies — check our Chicken Care section.
